Enjoy interview with legendary reggae producer and owner of Penthouse Records. Donovan Germain’s’ Penthouse Records dominated the reggae industry in the 90’s. Penthouse Records is responsible for producing some of the biggest anthems in reggae history. Beres Hammonds “Tempted to Touch”, Tony Rebels “Fresh Vegetable” and Buju Banton class album “Til Shiloh” were all recorded at Penthouse Records.

In this reasoning Germain shares interesting stories about the humble beginnings of of Penthouse Records. At first Germain speaks about running a record shop in New York in the 70’s. He goes on to share his early productions with Cultural Roots. Germain went on to speak about the creation of Penthouse Records then his transition from analog to digital.
