2. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

We offer premium content through subscription models. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Fees are processed in USD. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or annually).
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• App Store Purchases: If you subscribe via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your billing is handled by them. You must manage your subscription through your respective store settings.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. For subscriptions purchased through an app store, refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as we do not have the technical ability to issue refunds for those transactions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The "mission" of I Never Knew TV is supported by the content we create. Here is how ownership works:

• Our Content: All videos, audio, text, graphics, and logos are owned by I Never Knew TV or our licensors. These are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
• Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream our content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, download (unless permitted), or redistribute our content.

4. User Conduct & Community Standards

We believe in meaningful dialogue. To keep the platform safe, you agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use bots to extract data from the website or app.
• Attempt to bypass any content-filtering techniques or security measures.
• Post comments or content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes hate speech.
• Use the service for any unauthorized commercial purposes.

In no event shall I Never Knew TV, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past six months.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which I Never Knew TV is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within the United States. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

We may tweak these terms from time to time. If we make a major change, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
